Purchasing or receiving access gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view or listen to the content made available to you. You do not receive ownership of the content or copyright.

Do not copy or share

Unless KK gives written permission, you may not reproduce, repost, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, scrape, upload, transmit, share paid-access links, share recordings, distribute photographs, or make commercial use of KK content. You also may not remove copyright or ownership notices or falsely claim KK content as your own.

Account and access misuse

Access may be suspended or revoked when there is a reasonable basis to believe paid content or private access links are being redistributed, resold, or shared in violation of these terms.

User messages

You keep ownership of material you send to KK. Sending a message does not give KK permission to publicly identify you. Do not send material you do not have the right to send.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the diary and its services change. Updated terms apply prospectively from the posted effective date.
