Purchase & Refund Policy

Know what you're buying

Prices, the type of access or service, and material limitations should be shown before payment. Current offerings may include individual diary entries, time-limited access, Unfiltered access, private extras, recordings, messages, and scheduled virtual services.

Digital access

Because digital content can be accessed or consumed immediately, completed digital-content purchases are generally final once the promised content or access has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law or where KK cannot provide what was purchased.

Virtual services

Virtual services are online only and do not include in-person meetings. Scheduling is arranged by email. After payment, allow up to 24 hours for a response to arrange the requested time. If KK cannot provide a paid service, KK will work with the purchaser on rescheduling, replacement where appropriate, or a refund for the unprovided service.

Access periods

Any access period begins and ends according to the offer presented at purchase. Unless an offer explicitly says otherwise and obtains authorization for recurring charges, purchases are not automatically recurring subscriptions.

Problems with an order

If you paid but did not receive the promised access or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact info@kinkykorean.blog with enough information to identify the purchase. Please do not email full card or bank information.
